You've might've played a word game or two before, but This Game has been hacked into something very different. We play tiles to help us make sense of wacky fictional worlds and drive our story forward whenever we don't know what is going to happen.We are here to tell a story. This Game is B-A-N-A-N-A-S uses farlsthegm's Powered by Bananas (PbB) system to adjudicate uncertainty. Based on how unlikely or difficult it is to achieve your desired outcome, your Guide sets a point value you must meet. Using your pool of letter tiles, you construct a word that fits the bill, gaining bonuses based on the unique character you've designed. Don't have the right letter for the job? No worries, you've got 8 special moves and gear to help you along the way. Success or failure, your chosen word shapes what happens to your character. What does that look like exactly? 

Let's say you are playing as a gorilla chef battling it out for the top slot on America's Next Chef-President. You and your simian sous chef came up with the perfect menu to wow the judges, but how do you pull it off?  Since you are only in the qualifiers, your Guide sets the difficulty at 7, a Moderately Hard Challenge. Let's see, you've got: A, two C's, E, U, V, Z. You could play Cueca–maybe the mid-cook twist was a dance off? Let's push our luck and try a move. You announce rotten, trading in some tiles, and... success! You connect "Chai" to "Tea" for 7 points, and the +1 bonus since the word ties to your background as a traveling salesman! It was a photo finish, but your last minute decision to add a drink to your dessert course won over the officiants. Congratulations, one step closer to becoming "Master in Chef."
